A red wine that embodies in its intense flavor, the traditional and complex process of drying (called “appassimento”). The grapes grown are not harvested at the same time as the others, but are left on the plant to continue the natural growth process. As a result, the taste of the grapes is strengthened, and the wine acquires those gustatory characteristics that make it perfectly recognizable with every sip.
The colour is intense and the hints of dried fruit, spices and chocolate make tasting this wine a unique and refined experience.
It is ideal with red meat courses and aged cheeses. It is perfect as an after-dinner wine as well.
