Pinot Blanc, 2021, Trentino-Alto Adige, Falkenstein

With its aroma of apple, pear and citrus, Pinot Blanc is characterized by a pronounced acidity and a striking freshness.
Pinot Blanc grape clusters are dense and of medium dimension. After they are harvested by hand, the Pinot Blanc grapes are also transferred to large acacia casks to commence fermentation, remaining for ten months to sediment. After bottling, the Pinot Blanc is kept in store for a further six months, allowing it to mature and fully-develop its aromas.

Aroma of peel of citrus fruit, plum and Mediterranean herbs. Pinot blanco is tasty and very elegant, the body is lean, vibrant, the final is long. Pair with light appetizers, fish dishes or white meats. Recommended also as an aperitif.
