Kania is a single potato varietal traditional 'vodka' produced and bottled in Pomorze in small batches in a unique copper still. We are introducing it to our many discerning purchasers over the years of Vestal Vodka, a brand we established at Kania Lodge in Kaszubia a decade ago and which has since become internationally recognised and celebrated. This will mean the production of increasing volumes in the years to come and wider availability. Our Kania brand is designed to maintain the exclusivesness that was once Vestal's and to ensure that Pomorze maintains a single distillation artisinal spirit of which it can be proud.
