Colome Estate
With its vineyards in the Calchaqui Valley in northern Argentina at altitudes of between 1,700 and 2,500 metres above the sea level, Bodega Colome is the highest in the world. It's also the oldest working winery in Argentina, tracing its origins back to 1831. Some of the grapevines are more than 150 years old. The winery is now owned by the Hess Group from Switzerland.
