Chateau Margaux
Chateau Margaux has been one of Bordeaux’s top five Chateau for 150 years. Needless to say it produces exceptional wines which are prized the world over. Pavillon Rouge is the Chateau’s second wine, made with the same traditional techniques of vinification and barrel ageing as Chateau Margaux but bottled three or four months earlier.
It is the first time that the Pavillon Rouge, which made up 38% of the crop, accounts for the same proportion as the first wine. This selection reflects the even higher standards we have set for Pavil..
