Fresh acidity and an aroma reminiscent of rose, cloves and tropical fruit are the chief characteristics of this wine. The palate is concentrated but supported by a nice acidity with a savory finish, dry and determined. Gewürztraminer is recognizable thanks to its pinkish skin and very small fruit. The grapes are harvested by hand and processed with attention. Fermentation and perfection is in large acacia casks, which allow the wine to develop its aromas to the full.

2 x  Pinot Nero, DOC, 2021, Trydent-Górna Adyga, Falkenstein

The aromatic spectrum of this full-bodied wine reminds of fruits of the forest and cherries, with gloriously fine tannins.

Ruby red, the nose comes first with berries with raspberry, blackberry and black currant, and red fruit such as cherry and black cherries. Spices follow, with vanilla and cinnamon. Beautiful wild traits, endemic to the grape. In the mouth it is large, complex and fine with a beautiful structure rich in finesse. The finish is very long and really pleasant. Ready to drink, but a few years of waiting will bring the tertiaries to light.

2 x Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc), 2021, Trydent-Górna Adyga, Falkenstein

With its aroma of apple, pear and citrus, Pinot Blanc is characterized by a pronounced acidity and a striking freshness.
Pinot Blanc grape clusters are dense and of medium dimension. After they are harvested by hand, the Pinot Blanc grapes are also transferred to large acacia casks to commence fermentation, remaining for ten months to sediment. After bottling, the Pinot Blanc is kept in store for a further six months, allowing it to mature and fully-develop its aromas.

Aroma of peel of citrus fruit, plum and Mediterranean herbs. Pinot blanco is tasty and very elegant, the body is lean, vibrant, the final is long. Pair with light appetizers, fish dishes or white meats. Recommended also as an aperitif.
