Taste : warm, full-bodied with a long-lingering taste. Smooth and balanced tannins.

Food pairing : important main courses, pasta „alla chitarra” with lamb. Abruzzo timbale, pappardelle with boar, roast pork, tenderloin with green pepper, roasted lamb, stuffed mushrooms, polenta with sausage.
